That same experience gives us a unique vantage point as agents because we’ve been the people making the decisions, signing off the ranges, and carrying the responsibility for getting it right.

While Factory Fits is newly established and fresh in approach, it’s built on decades of close collaboration with trusted production partners across Europe and Asia. That means we’re perfectly placed to help manufacturers access the UK market with confidence and help brands find suppliers who understand design integrity and market relevance.

And because we share a roof with Factory Forecasting, we can seamlessly bring cultural insights, consumer psychology and intelligent trend forecasting into the conversation. All from our converted factory showroom, a personal, professional space where buyers and suppliers can meet, review ranges and explore new possibilities together.

As a long-time Design Director, I saw a gap worth bridging: the space between manufacturers and brands where good ideas can get lost in translation, or worse, in production. Factory Fits was born from the idea that a design-informed agency, based in London but globally connected, could help close that gap and add some creative firepower along the way.

I’m a firm believer in the old adage that bad design ruins lives and I’ve spent the last four decades making sure no one has to suffer clothes that don’t fit the brief (or the body). From living and

working in Italy’s denim heartlands to developing suiting on Savile Row, I’ve worked across every rung of the fashion ladder, from streetwear to sartorial.​

The devil, of course, is in the detail and that’s what makes me tick. Whether it’s cut, cloth, or commercial positioning, I focus on the little things that make the big things work. With nearly 40 years leading menswear design for brands like Jeff Banks, French Connection and Jigsaw, I know what brands are looking for from their manufacturing partners and how to help manufacturers deliver it, brilliantly.
